The world as we see it is a projection of our thoughts. Our thoughts create our reality. Positive thoughts or negative thoughts. We are limitless beings with a power inside of us to create whatever our heart desires!
Yet, a lot of us are constantly thinking negative due to social conditioning, our environment, or the cards we’ve been handed. Our negative thoughts create our negative reality. We should just think positive all the time, right? Easier said than done, but there is a beautiful truth deep down inside of us if we just put in the extra effort to find Her.
What if I told you, you have been living your whole life through your persona, and not your higher self? There are moments we follow our higher self, but they are few and far between. Most of us live solely through our persona, or ego if you will.
Your persona is the veil between the physical reality and the spiritual world. Underneath the persona is our true essence. The light inside that is formless, intuitive, and aware. This true essence whispers what we truly want that's in alignment with the greater good of all. The persona only wants to survive, on its own, not caring about the world surrounding it. It lives for self-satisfaction. It’s been conditioned by all of our thoughts, experiences, and people who have taught us throughout our life. However, we do need the ego. It has a purpose and helps keep us alive.
The persona is the only limitation to our greatness, and we must learn to live with it. Learn to understand it instead of demonizing it.
Recognize the voice that is your true essence, and follow Her. The persona will always be the loud, negative voice inside your head. Telling you that you’re incapable. That you are safe here, there’s nothing out there for you. But that’s not true, it never was.
The whispers of your higher self is where you will find the truth. The confidence, the love, the hope. Positivity radiates from your soul and she will never be unkind. She has always been here with you. She wants you to be the happiest person you can be while here on this Earth. She wants you to find Her, you just need to know where to look.
She sees every thought and every action you take. She never judges you, even if you are wrong. She forgives you for every poor choice or mistake you’ve made. She is YOU, at your core being. She wants to shine, she wants you to be aware of Her presence. But you have to listen, and listening takes practice.
Meditation is where you'll find Her. Sitting quietly and ignoring your thoughts coming from your persona will help Her come out of the shadows. The thoughts may keep coming, acknowledge them and let them go. This is not easy, it is easier to live through your persona. The persona is trying to keep you in the familiar, where it is safe. But none of this is the truth. You are safe. These are just negative thoughts.
We have approximately 60,000 thoughts a day. It’s about time we start playing gatekeeper and make sure the thoughts we have, are propelling us in the right direction and not the wrong one. That’s why it’s so important to find Her. She is the truth and wants the best for you, for the collective consciousness, and for this world we are so lucky to call home.
When we finally wake up and realize that we have been listening to the wrong voice, we start to understand why our reality is the way it is. Know that we can change. We can adjust our sails and align with our truth. We can follow our passions, we can fulfill our purpose, and we can live a happy, abundant life if we just take the time to listen to Her. She’s been waiting for you all your life, let that beautiful soul lead the way. She will never steer you wrong.
